Taylan Knobloch is my Military Auto Sales Representative. Overall the ordering process and delivery process went as expected. I am completely satisfied with the acquisition of my new JCW Mini Countrymen. Be patient, Supply Chain disruptions extended the delivery date of my new car, but Taylan kept me informed and walked me through the entire process from ordering through the navigation of customs and final delivery. Lastly, I don't give 5 stars as rule. The delivery had complications through no fault of the Dealership or Taylan, but my experience and post here reflect my overall satisfaction with the process and the outcome. I wanted to update this review to reflect 5 stars. When the vehicle did arrive, Taylan assisted with all the customs paperwork and escorted me to the appropriate customs office and interfaced with agent. The overall experience was very smooth. I felt like a valued customer! 10 months later, I love the JCW experience. I have never been more satisfied with a vehicle purchase!
